Michael is a founding partner of IMSS who brings 30 years experience in manufacturing, sourcing, operations, and marketing for several product groups. Michael is past President and CEO of ATA Industries, Inc., Basta Sole, Home knowledge.com and IJOT product and marketing development companies. Michael created and grew his own divergent product categories into nationally recognized brand names while selling the same products under private label to major national retailers such as Brown Jordan, Tropitone, William Sonoma, Martha Stewart, Smith & Hawken, Coleman, Kohler, Jacuzzi and American Standard to name just a few,.
During this stage of his career Michael managed four distinctly different business units in various stages of their product life cycle, each requiring different levels of controls and direction with over 100 employees and 80,000 sq. ft. in facilities. IMSS benefits from this hands-on experience in all aspects of business development, manufacturing and product management.
Dave brings to our IMSS team a strong understanding of engineering and construction from a two generation family engineering business.
David’s family has been in the construction business for over 70 years. He is an honors graduate in economics from the University of Iowa and Stanford Law School. Dave brings to our team extensive experience as a lawyer, having served as general counsel to several companies in the building industry along with the US Fed Trade Commission and several national brand high tech firms. Tired of the tedium of the law profession, Dave found his true passion as a talented and reliable salesman, who can quickly identify the needs of his clients, and work tirelessly to ensure those needs are satisfied. David’s involvement in your project will insure that it is done on time, on budget, and with the level of quality you demand. Dave is a relentless advocate for his projects time lines and special needs.
Todd is a significant member of the IMSS design, engineering and manufacturing teams. Todd brings 20 years hands-on experience working his way up through the ranks of a furniture manufacturing facility in New Zealand. Todd comes from a family of furniture craftsmen, through which he was schooled in design, engineering, testing, manufacturing and trouble-shooting to the Nth degree. Todd can spot a potential defect, poor design, material failure within moments of studying a specification. Better yet his pro-active solutions, problem-solving approaches to improve these issues and then sharing these concerns with the Client accomplishes IMSS's mission and philosophy "exceed the Client's expectations. Todd teaches thee skills to his large cadre of assistants and associates on a daily basis, too numerous to list here.
